On 22nd April, 2010 Dr. C.S. Kumar, IAS, Revenue Divisional Commissioner, Southern Division, Berhampur reviewed the activities of all Urban Local Bodies of Koraput District in the Special Circuit House Conference Hall, Koraput. Sri Rajesh P. Patil, IAS, Collector, Koraput was present. Executive Officers of Sunabeda, Koraput, Jeypore & Kotpad ULBs attended the review meeting. The Commissioner impressed upon the Executive Officers to give special emphasis on collection of holding tax, parking tax, lighting arrangements and supply of safe drinking water during the summer. Further, he instructed to spend all money available under BRGF as early as possible.

     On 23rd instant, in another meeting attended by Collector, Koraput, all BDOs, Tahsildars, CDPOs and other line department officials in the DNK conference hall, Koraput, the Commissioner reviewed progress under various subjects like MGNREGS, Social Welfare Schemes, Health, education, irrigation, forest, soil conservation, veterinary etc. in the district. RDC instructed all officers to ensure speedy execution of various projects for betterment of the people. In the afternoon, the RDC made field visits in Jeypore Sub-Division.
